Committed to Florida

Our Ranch is centrally located in Okeechobee and expands to Micanopy and Lake City. Our program totals at just over 700 acres giving our animals plenty of natural resources for optimized health and a stress-free environment.

Our land stays pure as we never use any pesticides or chemicals within our fence lines. Making sure we maintain the health and overall longevity of our soil.

We continue to evolve our practices to make sure we are always giving our program and customers a trusted source of beef and pork.

Florida-Raised Beef

At Rancher’s Reserve, all of our bulls are fullblood Wagyu, representing some of the highest quality genetics in the world. We use these bulls in a carefully designed breeding program that highlights both the premium qualities of Wagyu and the heritage significance of Florida Cracker cattle.

Orange Fed Florida Wagyu
When our fullblood Wagyu bulls are bred to fullblood Wagyu cows or Wagyu-cross cows, the resulting cattle are labeled as Orange Fed Florida Wagyu. This line represents the pinnacle of our marbling and flavor program, raised on our regenerative Florida pastures and finished on our signature orange-fed ration.

Florida Cracker Beef
When our fullblood Wagyu bulls are bred to fullblood Florida Cracker cows, the resulting cattle are labeled as Florida Cracker Beef. This honors one of Florida’s most historic and resilient cattle breeds, while elevating it through the depth and tenderness that Wagyu genetics provide.

Our heritage breed hens roam freely on our cattle pastures, where they play a vital role in enhancing soil health and biodiversity. By naturally scratching, foraging, and fertilizing the land, our chickens help build healthier pastures — improving nutrient cycles and supporting long-term sustainability.

We’re not just raising hens — we’re raising the bar. Our focus is on producing eggs that are responsibly farmed, rich in color, and packed with flavor and nutrition. Heritage Pork

We raise Berkshire and Duroc heritage pigs on pasture, finishing them on local, non-GMO heirloom corn for richly marbled, tender pork. Our regenerative approach improves soil fertility, reduces waste, and raises animals the way nature intended.
